Hi, my name is Gloria. I am a dedicated full time notary signing agent in Sammamish and King County. As a certified notary public I have the authority to notarize anywhere in the state of Washington. I am available to accept loan signing appointments on evenings and weekends as well as Monday-Friday during business hours. I am friendly, professional and hard-working, as well as detail-oriented, which makes me well suited as a notary public.

 

I am a certified Loan Signing Agent through the NNA and Notary2Pro Elite, LSS, trained, and a Notary Stars member with over a 150 hours of training in general notary work and multiple loan products. I participate in ongoing training because it is so important to stay up to date with the changes in both legal notary procedure and technology.

I specialize in loan document signing for home sale, purchase, refinance, HELOC, Deeds, and more. I’m also available for general notary work including POA’s, car title, small estate documents and any other work that requires the use of a notary.
